1ST Kick off meeting of TECMINE project
The first coordination meeting of the TECMINE project took place on 28 November 2017, attended by the external monitor of the NEEMO agency, assigned by the European Commission to this project.
In this first meeting the partners presented their work teams and the actions they will develop throughout the 4 years of the project. The foundations for teamwork and problem management protocols were laid. A participatory process was carried out to work on the objectives of the project, which served to reinforce the idea that the success of restoration depends on coordination in the execution of work and communication actions.
The monitor clarified doubts about the internal management of the project and in relation to the Commission.
It was a great day's work. Thank you all for your participation!
